The event is held outdoors in paddocks and a creek-side nature play area. Parking is in the top paddock but accessible parking can be arranged with notice. Pathways are unpaved and uneven in spots. Some areas are on gentle slopes. There is no wheelchair access throughout all areas, and toilet facilities may not fully accommodate guests with mobility challenges.
