Family Friendly Daytime Dance Party

Clubbercise Family is a fun, easy-to-follow dance workout taught in a darkened room using our official Clubbercise glow sticks, UV and disco lights.

The playlist is a mix of 90's & 00's Dance Anthems all the way to the latest hits.

Grab the family, put on your brightest, most crazy, funky outfits AND LET"S PARTY!!! Aimed at ages 7+ but younger children are welcome with adult supervision. All children MUST be accompanied by an Adult.

Your host Lauren is a dance & fitness professional, with over 25 years experience delivering inclusive programs across communities. As the founder of GLOW Empowerment, she specialises in creating fun, accessible movement experiences for people of all ages and abilities.

This is a family friendly event (under 18s to be accompanied by an adult).
