Join us for this free 60-minute guided session, lovingly crafted for a Parent & Adult Child (18+) - two people bound by love - to deepen their connection through shared presence, mindful practices, and heartfelt dialogue.

Whether you’re navigating change, craving closeness, or simply seeking to celebrate your bond, this session offers a safe, nurturing space to come back to each other - to remember the love that’s always been there.

What the session includes:

• Guided meditation, including our signature Chocolate Meditation

• Meaningful dialogue inspired by themed reflections

• Compliment and affirmation practices to uplift and affirm

• Reflective journaling for deeper self-awareness

• Eye-gazing exercises to foster presence and trust

The session is limited in size to maintain an intimate, high-quality experience.

When booking, 1 ticket admits 1 pair (Parent & Adult Child).

Doors open 15 minutes before the session begins.
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to allow time for parking, enjoy a complimentary herbal tea, and receive a short card spread with a guided message to ground you before we begin.
