A Day of Family & Systemic Constellations
~ Disentangle ancestral ties that effect your life ~

We live and act in numerous relationship systems every day. This spans from our family of origin, over our present family to social systems at work or at a hobby/sports club we are part of. Even our body in itself can be seen as a system.

Family & Systems Constellations is a tool to make relationships of any social system visible. Representatives mostly stand in for people, but also for places, illnesses, emotions,… and anything you have a relationship to. This is the starting point of the work. The beauty of this modality is that you can observe from the ‘outside’ while a representative will stand in for you.

Bert Hellinger, a German psychologist, developed this body of work based on his discovery of basic social laws that govern human relationship systems.

Making visible patterns of thought or behaviour, system dynamics and entanglements can clear the way for acknowledgment and resolution.

Workshop can only go ahead if minimum number of participants is met.

We will have a lunch break. Feel free to bring your lunch and share the break with other participants (there is a little kitchen with fridge and microwave to heat up).

About the facilitator:
Katja Hofmann is a passionate Family & Systemic Constellation facilitator and Azul Conscious Movement teacher at the Sunshine Coast, QLD.
After a corporate career in Human Resources she gained further qualifications in counselling practices in order to work with people in a more supportive way. For deeper self-exploration using movement she offers Azul classes, workshops and workshop series.
Bringing her two passions together, Katja also offers one-to-one coaching for any issues around work, drawing from 12 years of experience with a focus on the Constellation modality.
