Family Constellations Online Group Workshop - Exploring the Mother Relationship (October 25)

Family Constellations are a way to see loyalties and entanglements in a family system and put order to them.

Everyone is placed into their natural role so that energy can flow uninterrupted through a lineage, with all in the family system (both living and not) being offered the responsibilities, honor and dignity that corresponds to that role.

We are utterly blind to many of our own family dynamics and how they impact the rest of our life- especially when we are in the midst of them. Other dynamics from past generations may never have been talked about, yet the energy of the hidden and the excluded carries on and burdens those of us down the line. Family history can unconsciously yet powerfully influence our behaviors, patterns, struggles, and experiences.

THE MOTHER RELATIONSHIP: In this workshop we will specifically explore family system dynamics that often come from blockages or wounds around the mother. The bond with the mother shapes how you view love, self-worth, and abundance. If there is any crack in the energy flow of this most primary of relationships, it can show up as fearing closeness (even though closeness and connection is what you really desire), feeling like you don't belong, people pleasing, seeking external validation, and struggling to trust others.

Constellations work with revealing dynamics to allow healing at both the individual and family system level, as well as on the soul and physical level. Participants are often able to understand their own lives with more clarity and compassion, and release any burdens or traumas that aren't their own to live from a place of wholeness and alignment.

There is no way to tell how many constellations we will be able to do in the five-hour workshop, but most likely it will be 3. Every participant comes to the workshop with an issue that they would like to take a look at through a family constellation lens. It is important to note that whether your specific issue gets constellated in the workshop or not, deep insights and new perspectives will be available through participating in the constellation of another...sometimes even more so.
