A special two-day Family Constellations workshop in the beautiful Winchester Chapel, Lyttelton

We are honoured to welcome Tracy Cartwright to Christchurch for a special weekend exploring the transformative work of Family Constellations.

If there is something in your life that feels stuck, repetitive, difficult to understand, or resistant to change — even after you have tried many different approaches — Family Constellations offers an opportunity to gently explore what may be sitting beneath the surface.

What is Family Constellations?

Family Constellations is a way of gently exploring what may be sitting behind a challenge in your life, especially the things that don’t quite make sense or haven’t shifted, no matter how much you’ve tried.

In a workshop setting, we work within what is often called “the field” — a shared space where others can step in as representatives of your family system or situation.

What’s fascinating is that people may begin to feel and reflect emotions, sensations, or dynamics that are deeply connected to your story, even without knowing the details.

From there, we can begin to see patterns — sometimes linked to ancestral experiences, unresolved grief, loss, trauma, or entanglements within the family system.

As these are acknowledged, something can begin to shift.

It’s not about fixing or forcing.
It’s about allowing a new awareness… and often, a new movement.

People often leave with a sense of lightness, clarity, and a deeper connection to themselves and their place within their family system.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, curious, or called to something deeper, this may be something beautiful to explore.

Meet Tracy Cartwright

We are honoured to welcome Tracy Cartwright to Christchurch for this special Family Constellations Weekend.

Tracy is a well-known and highly respected Family Constellations facilitator in Aotearoa New Zealand, based in Whangārei.

She has trained and facilitated Family Constellations both here in New Zealand and internationally, and is passionate about supporting people on their own healing journeys and guiding those who feel called to become facilitators through her Family Constellations Foundation Training.

Tracy is also a founding member of ANZCI — Aotearoa New Zealand Constellations Incorporated, supporting the development and recognition of Family Constellations work in Aotearoa.

She is also the creator of Cosmic Mumā Cacao, bringing her love of cacao and sacred connection into her work.

This is a beautiful opportunity to experience Tracy’s work here in Christchurch and explore the depth of Family Constellations over a full weekend.

Our Location

We will spend this special weekend together in the beautiful Winchester Chapel — a peaceful and intimate space in the heart of Lyttelton.

A place to pause, connect, explore and create space for deeper awareness.

What to Expect

Throughout the weekend, you will have the opportunity to:

✨ Experience the Family Constellations process
✨ Explore family and systemic patterns
✨ Gain new perspectives on challenges and relationships
✨ Explore ancestral and intergenerational dynamics
✨ Participate as a representative in another person’s constellation
✨ Create space for insight, awareness and new possibilities

Depending on numbers, not everyone will get an opportunity to sit in the client seat, however the beauty of this work is that we can receive deep insights and shifts within ourselves just by being a witness to or representing in another person’s constellation. We will also be exploring some group exercises, so everyone will get something from these also.

You do not need any previous experience with Family Constellations to attend.

You may come with a particular issue or question you would like to explore, or simply come with curiosity and an open heart.

Sometimes, we don’t need to know exactly what we are looking for. Simply creating the space to see something differently can be the beginning of a new movement.
