Family Constellations is a powerful group process that helps uncover the unconscious dynamics and emotional patterns you’ve inherited from your family system.

These unseen patterns – passed down through generations – shape your relationships, decisions, emotions, self-worth and sense of direction in ways that don’t always make logical sense.

This process allows you to see and shift those patterns from the root.

This is a small-group, in-person workshop in Sydney. No previous experience is needed – just an open mind and heart.

9:45am - Arrival & Settling In

10:00am - Meditation to Connect with Ourselves and Honour Our Ancestors,

Introduction to Family Constellations

10:15am - Small Group Constellation

10:30am - Group Constellations with short breaks in between

2:45pm - Closing Meditation & Grounding

Some participants will be selected (random draw) to explore their own constellation. Others will act as representatives in the field — a powerful experience in itself. Every person receives insights and healing through participation.

We’ll also include smaller partner exercises so everyone leaves with something personally meaningful.

ABOUT ME

I am Gabriela Machova, a Family Constellations facilitator and Kundalini Energy & Reiki Master Healer.

In each of my practices, I am deeply passionate about assisting my clients to live the life they deeply desire. It has been such a beautiful and rewarding gift for me to see my clients grow and transform literally in front of my eyes!

My journey with Family Constellation began in in 2015 when I attended a workshop for the first time. It was the first of many because it was such a profound experience and made a deep impact on my healing journey. I have learnt and practiced with numerous teachers in Australia and internationally, further deepening my relationship with Family Constellations and allowing me to bring this powerful practice to the community here in Sydney.

I feel deeply honoured to have supported hundreds of clients in my workshops and private sessions.
