Finding Your Family Flow - Rhythm Workshop
Event description
Calling ALL Parents!
Ready to trade in your overwhelm for more FLOW?
Has chaos become an unwelcome guest in your home?
You're not sure where to start but you know something needs to shift...
This is RHYTHM WORKSHOP you won't want to miss!
Jill Martin, Co-Founder of Grateful Grove Learning Garden, Waldorf EC Educator and Parent Coach, is your steadfast guide for a morning of exploration and excavation into our relationship to rhythm on all planes!
As a mother of 3, dancer and multi-modality movement practitioner, with nearly 17 years of parenting and over 10+ years of working with children and families, Jill is uniquely equipped to hold non-judgmental space where parents are witnessed and celebrated for what IS already working and invited to get REAL honest about what is NOT.
During our Morning Together WE WILL:
🌀 Discover the art of family rhythm as a living, breathing pulse that nourishes your home life.
🌀 Tune into the natural rhythms that already exist—and learn how to let them work for you.
🌀 Identify and implement one simple but powerful shift that can bring more spaciousness and ease to your days.
Rhythm is Preventative, Curative and Transformative Medicine! When we can align with it, parenting feels less like managing chaos and more like moving with grace or better yet... having a dance party!
Let it be fun again!
This is NOT just another How-To parenting workshop.
Though I will be sharing some of my best tips.
This is the much needed reset for your family energy you've been praying for.
You will leave feeling inspired, grounded, and empowered with tools you can implement in your home right away!
✨ THE TIME IS NOW to slow down and tune in to the heartbeat of your home and let YOUR UNIQUE FAMILY be the expression of LOVE you wish to see in the world!
Can't wait to see you there!
"I finally found my rhythm when I realized even the steps backward were part of the dance." -Melody Godfred
