Join Historical Services staff at North Sydney’s oldest timber cottage, to browse our collection of historical cookbooks and kitchenalia.
Bring a favourite family recipe to swap with other collectors or a treasured heirloom cookbook that you would like to showcase.
Don Bank’s kitchen retains some of its original Victorian features, with a permanent display of 19th-20th century furniture, equipment and utensils from our collection.
Bookings are essential.
