Family Move 'n' Play

The whole family is invited to join Roger and Tracy from Gott Health this September to kickstart your physical activity as we approach the end of winter. 

Families can expect to get moving and playing in engaging games while having fun and laughing. Exercises will focus on body weight and animal movement to release your stress and recharge your body.

Complete a one-off registration for the program so we can keep you updated on sessions across the month, including changes or cancellations due to weather.
