A clumsy police officer and his loyal canine partner are both injured in the line of duty. To save them, doctors come up with an unusual solution—surgically combining the officer’s body with the dog’s head. The result is a brand-new kind of hero: half man, half dog, all crime-fighter.
As this unlikely hero takes on villains, including an evil cat mastermind, the story blends action, humor, and heart. Along the way, he learns what it really means to be a hero, embracing both his human smarts and canine instincts to protect the city while spreading laughter and chaos in equal measure.
