Family Mystic is more than just a band; they are a transformative experience that redefines healing through song, dance, and  emotional connection. Based out of Portland, OR, this collective of four visionary songwriters  blends elements of classic funk/soul, 60’s/70’s  psychedelia, a splash of progressive jazz fusion, led by four-part vocal harmonies, innovating a genre-defying experience that calls listeners into the heart of being human through the sanctity and celebration of music.

Micaela Kingslight is a multi-dimensional sound healer utilizing an extensive array of instruments, conscious songwriting, and bumpin beats blended with acoustic sounds in symbiosis with elements of folk, blues and soul along with electronic pop sensibilities to create a sensual sound that makes you want to move your body. A seasoned performer, she has toured extensively both as a solo artist and as part of the folk/medicine trio Three Wheels Turning and has collaborated with artists like Yaima, Rafe Pearlman, Luke Rain, James Rian O'Keeffe and Andy Fischer-Price. She is currently working on a new album of soul stirring songs with new tracks being released worldwide in 2025. She also teaches people how to open their voices for more strength and power through somatic movement through her program Vocal Embodiment.

Aimee Ringle is a multi instrumentalist singer, songwriter, songleader, storyteller and community enthusiator. She writes, plays, and sings with moments of sacred communion in mind, and does all that she can as a leader to make such moments more likely.

James Rian O'Keeffe is an evolutionary soul musician. His music is a passionate exploration of the natural world as it reflects our innermost selves. This looks like channelling messages from the plant realm, invoking the elements, dissolving the borders between audience and performer and writing music that inspires us to express the full spectrum of our thoughts and feelings. James brings together freestyle singing, multi-instrumental landscapes, original music and musical coaching to facilitate these experiences. Whether it's a freestyle singing workshop, one-on-one song development or a set of soulful gems with guest musicians, the vibe is vital and musical healing resonates deeply.
