A family/Systemic constellation workshop is a journey of exploration and self-development. 

It allows us to represent our inner dynamics and uncover why we feel the way we feel, or do what we do.

It’s a unique method to find clarity, meaning and healing. Often in our lives, we follow patterns or hold on to difficult relationships or symptoms. Constellations open up a way to do differently, while honouring where we came from. It allows us to change our perspective and bring healing to our system.
