Family Yoga & Soundbath Experience “STAYED GROUNDED”

For parents and little ones alike, this unique and immersive experience is designed to promote relaxation, emotional balance, and mindfulness, fostering connection for families.

After a sold-out first round, we’ve enhanced this session with a new theme: "Stay Grounded." The aim is to empower young children to build strength, focus, and confidence. Through engaging activities like sound play, instrument exploration, yoga, and breathing exercises, this class creates a nurturing space for families to explore their emotions, boost self-awareness, and lay a foundation for mindfulness. With playful elements and creative expression, we help each child feel grounded and confident, nurturing a positive mindset for their growth and development.

About Us:

Miss Nina is a dedicated early childhood educator and holistic facilitator who brings a nurturing touch to her workshops. As a mother of three, she values emotional expression in children and uses sound healing instruments to craft a safe, playful environment for them to explore their feelings. Alongside her, Ana Flavia, an Embodied Wellness Guide, Ceremony Facilitator, and Yoga Teacher, brings a passion for spirituality and artistic expression. As a kids’ yoga teacher, Ana Flavia weaves joy and connection from her regular yoga practice with her toddler into her work. Together, they inspire conscious living, creating safe spaces encouraging deep connection and playfulness for children and families, fostering meaningful interactions and personal growth.
