These sessions align with the moon calendar and happen twice a month – once on a Friday and once on a Wednesday – from 9:30 am til 11:30 am in my Boutique Yoga Space in Avoca Beach NSW 2251.

During these two-hour free-flow experiences, we engage in a variety of activities that can include:

✨ Yoga Practice: Including meditation, yoga postures, and/or breath techniques

✨Sharing Circle: A space for open and meaningful sharing

✨Chanting and Instrument Playing: Connecting through the power of sound

✨Ceremonial Cacao Beverage or Sticky Chai: Delight in a shared moment with these ceremonial drinks

✨Various Ceremonies Honouring Nature’s Cycles: A diverse range of ceremonies to pay homage to the rhythms of nature

✨Creative Activities: Expressing ourselves through various creative endeavours
