Once a year, a rare harvest brings a fleeting kind of magic to our taps.

Fresh hop beers are brewed with hops picked at their absolute peak, then rushed straight from farm to fermenter - often still warm from the sun. With just hours to brew before the hops begin to break down, the result is something truly special: bright, punchy, once-a-year flavour that can't be replicated.

Tasting tickets are optional - the event is free to attend, but space is limited, so we recommend securing your spot early. Please add a ticket for each member of your group, not just the hop heads.

Numbers permitting, Fantail & Turtle will remain open to the public, and for walk-ins on the day.
