Once a year, a rare harvest brings a fleeting kind of magic to our taps.
Fresh hop beers are brewed with hops picked at their absolute peak, then rushed straight from farm to fermenter - often still warm from the sun. With just hours to brew before the hops begin to break down, the result is something truly special: bright, punchy, once-a-year flavour that can't be replicated.

Grab a general admission ticket to secure your spot. Our full menu, kitchen & bar will be open as usual, including our F&T Lager for the hop-cautious.
Fresh Hop Tasting are optional - the event is free to attend, but space is limited, so getting in early with a ticket for each member of your group wouldn't be the worst idea. Please consider supporting the Birkenhead RSA with a donation when securing your spot.
Numbers permitting, Fantail & Turtle will remain open for walk-ins on the day.
