Farm Dinners with Georgia van Prehn
Description
Farm Dinners is an outdoor pop-up dining experience at Kelmarna Community Farm, inviting our favourite chefs to celebrate the bounty of our land.
Georgia has created a grazing style 3-course shared menu. To further celebrate this peak produce time and all the deliciousness summer brings, it will be fully vegetarian and catering to vegans also.
Experience the flavour of the abundant summer produce available. An eclectic series of vegetable focused dishes with influence from the Mediterranean. Every dish and drink has a different flavour profile allowing you to try the full spectrum of the season. Her iconic smoked carrot tartare will make an appearance along with new inspired dishes. A dinner for anyone who loves produce whether you are vegetarian or not.
There will also be a drinks match available with or without alcohol, this will be a mix of wine and cocktails utilising seasonal produce to match the food. Alternatively you can order a la carte on the night.
