Anika Molesworth is a farmer, scientist and storyteller and lives and works on Wilyakali land, the traditional home of the Wilyakali people.

With a passion for rural communities and healthy ecosystems, she is committed to helping create sustainable and vibrant rural landscapes now and for the future. She is a Founding Director of Farmers for Climate Action – a national network of over 5,000 Australian farmers undertaking climate change action. Anika collaborates with farmers around the world through her organisation Climate Wise Agriculture, and she is a prominent youth voice in rural Australia with the Young Farming Champions.

In 2017, she presented at TEDxYouthSydney the talk “Farmers are key to a better future.”  She is also the author of the book, Our Sunburnt Country.  Her awards include 2015 Young Farmer of the Year, and 2017 Young Australian of the Year NSW Finalist. Anika has a Masters of Sustainable Agriculture and a PhD in Agriculture and Environmental Management.
