Event description

Farmers for Climate Action is bringing Queensland farmers and value chain together with members of the Queensland Parliament for a two-course luncheon, networking and discussion about the future of farming, sustainable agriculture and regional energy needs. 

This event is a great opportunity to hear directly from politicians and share your views on the opportunities and challenges facing Queensland’s farmers and the agriculture value chain with peers across the sector.

Guest speakers include:

  • Mark Furner, Minister for Agricultural Industry Development, Fisheries and Minister for Rural Communities
  • Anthony (Tony) Perrett, Shadow Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry
  • Brett Hall, Chair of Farmers for Climate Action
