Get together with your dad, grandparent, parent, sibling or friends for a a fun Fathers Day themed Gourmet Chocolate Bar Making Workshop. In this online workshop your instructor will show you how to make your own chocolate bar in your kitchen. Your DIY Kit will include all the ingredients you need to make your very own gourmet chocolate bar. We'll also include a list of fresh ingredients you can pick up and add to your chocolate bar during class. You will learn how to properly melt the chocolate, how to pour it into your mold, and how to add a drizzle, sprinkles, and other toppings. Makes a great family bonding activity, a fun friends day together, or inspiration for you to start your own chocolate business.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS

This class is available as an online class you can access Virtually on Zoom. For the Virtual class participants you can opt to take the class with a DIY Kit or choose to receive a shopping list.

VIRTUAL CLASS

If a participant chooses to take the class Virtually, they will receive a Zoom link. For Virtual Classes a participant can choose to receive a DIY Kit or a Shopping List.

To receive your DIY Kit in a timely manner, register at least a week or earlier in advance to reserve your materials for shipping or local curbside pick up. Please provide your shipping address when registering.

DIY Kit includes chocolate bar mold, melting chocolates, piping bags, sprinkles, toppings.

Participants will need access to a microwave or double boiler, microwave safe bowl or measuring cup, access to a refrigerator, spoons.

Participants who register for a Virtual class with a Shopping List will be emailed a list of materials, utensils, appliances, and other items needed to participate in the workshop. Participants are responsible for sourcing their materials in time for class. Participants are welcome to contact us for recommendations as to where they can source their materials.

APPROPRIATE AGES FOR PARTICIPATION 

Participants must be at least 12 years old and can work independently. If a participant needs a caretaker or parent to assist with the project the assisting person does not need a ticket. 

CLASS PARTICIPATION

This is a Live event. Virtual Class Participants must attend on the scheduled date and time of the class in order to partake. There is no recorded session available for replay. If a Virtual Class participant is unable to log onto a class on the day and time it is scheduled then it is the participant’s responsibility to contact us prior to the event for accommodations. If a participant is unable to join and needs to reschedule, there is a rescheduling fee that will be billed to the participant. If we as the organizers need to reschedule an event there is no rescheduling fee, and participants will be notified of any changes.

INTERNATIONAL VIRTUAL PARTICIPATION

If you live outside of the United States there is an additional fee to ship DIY kits. Participants are responsible for any duty fees, customs fees, or any additional fees associated with receiving their DIY Kits. If a participant chooses to get a DIY Kit it is the participant’s responsibility to make sure their country can receive packages from the US.
