FATHOM
Event description
A deep sea dance by Polly’s and What’s Next Projects, 3000 fathoms below sea level, celebrating the deep and dark parts of our world and the creatures that dwell there.
We are bringing together some of our favourite artists and collaborators to present a unique immersive midwinter experience; held across five spaces within the historic Mission to Seafarers precinct at the bottom edge of the city. The event will take place on Saturday the 13th of July (NAIDOC week), all profits to go to Children’s Ground.
*Included in your ticket: The Polly's team will be serving deap-sea inspired canapes inside the Norla Dome with a focus on native produce, coastal and underwater vegetation and sustainable seafood.

Children's Ground is a First Nations-led organisation that works with First Nations children from the ground up, starting with the youngest in the community and growing with them for 25 years until an entire generation has benefitted from the unique Children's Ground approach. This approach is holistic, focusing on education, health, economic, cultural and community development, founded in First Nations knowledge systems. Supporting Children's Ground means supporting a bright future for First Nations children and communities, while creating real and lasting change.
We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work and their long standing connection to country. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging and extend this respect to all First Nations peoples.
