Description
Join FCVic, and project partners FCAN and Infoxchange, for the launch of our Digital Transformation Roadmap, setting out a shared direction for how technology and digital capability can support the future of financial counselling.
This livestream will introduce the project's key findings and priorities, including opportunities to strengthen sector systems, data and digital capability, and support the responsible adoption of emerging technologies such as AI.
A facilitated panel discussion will review the work behind the Roadmap, what it means for the financial counselling sector, and the next steps towards a more connected, efficient and digitally enabled future.
