Feast in the Fitz with Fervor - Saturday the 12th of September 2026

Award-winning chef Paul Iskov and the Fervor team will take you on a food journey through the Fitzgerald Biosphere as part of the highly anticipated Ravensthorpe Wildflower Show.

The dinner will be held at a private location, 15 kilometres from Hopetoun, with the exact venue revealed to guests closer to the event.

Begin the evening with a Wildflower Gin Cocktail prepared with gin from Esperance Distillery Co as the sun slips behind the Eyre Range. Guests will then settle in for Feast in the Fitz, a 6–8 course degustation inspired by Australian native foods and matched with wines from Monty’s Leap.

The menu will introduce guests to a range of unique Australian ingredients, with the full menu revealed on the evening.
