Calling all carnivores! Prepare yourselves for a unique culinary experience with friends and fellow meat lovers. Indulge in a four-course meal featuring locally grown beef and produce, and hear from an expert butcher as he breaks down a side of beef while offering insights into meat cuts, cooking recommendations and the workings of the global industry.
Due to the nature of the event, we are not able to accommodate any vegan or vegetarian dietary requests.
