Get ready for a wildly fun and interactive school holiday workshop at The Grounds of Alexandria! This hands-on experience is perfect for young explorers and budding animal enthusiasts to get up close and personal with an amazing array of critters, including snakes, crocodiles, turtles, lizards, and more.

• Help feed the lizards their lunch and observe their feeding behaviours up close.

This show will occur in The Atrium at The Grounds of Alexandria. Please see The Cafe front desk for directions.

Bookings are essential and places will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis, so please act quickly to make sure you don't miss out.

Important Information

• This event will run for approximately 60 minutes and will be held inside. As such, it will go ahead in all weather conditions.
• This experience is suitable for children aged between 4 and 13 years. This is an approximation and we understand that every child has different levels of ability. You are the best judge of whether this activity is appropriate for your child.
• Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before the session and check in with our team in The Atrium. Be aware that traffic and parking in the area can be challenging.
• This is not a drop off service. Parents are required to stay within The Grounds of Alexandria precinct at all times while their child is participating in this workshop.
• Food and drinks can be purchased from The Grounds of Alexandria Cafe, The Garden and The Potting Shed on the day. Please consider making a reservation online before you visit to avoid waiting.
• Any requests for refunds must be made at least 72 hours prior to your class. Refund requests made within 72 hours will not be considered.
• In the event that a child does not arrive for their booked session, this will be considered a last-minute cancellation, and no refund will be issued.
