Cultivating New Ways of Being : Inner Leadership in Changing Times
Event description
Grow your inner leadership and quality of Being:
An Experiential Learning Journey
We live in a world of rapid change and growing complexity.
How do we navigate these challenges—both within ourselves and in the world around us?
"We do not see things as they are, we see them as we are." ~ Anaïs Nin
This insight reminds us that our inner state shapes how we perceive and engage with the world. To create meaningful change—within ourselves, our work, and our communities—we must cultivate practices to support our growth and new ways of being.
Cultivating New Ways of Being : Inner Leadership in Changing Times is an experiential and transformative learning journey inviting you to shift how you be, how you see, how you sense—so that you can act in new ways. Through five immersive sessions, you will develop the inner capacity to create meaningful change in your life, at work, and in the world around you.

'As the weeks drew to a close, I came away stronger, clearer and able to move ahead with my vision, with better inner resources to meet challenges. I am able to stretch myself, manage my emotions better and richly contribute to change. What really took me by surprise is the way Nature is essential to sustain my work - it was always there to support me but was never utilised. I am now drawing energy and spirit from new places.
