February March 2026 cohort (US / APAC) - B3 Facilitation
Event description
Elevate your impact: Master facilitation with Adeption principals and our B3 methodology
Go beyond skills-based training. Learn to navigate complex group dynamics, and drive real outcomes using our Be Conscious, Be Curious, Be Better (B3)™ framework.
This program is designed for facilitators, people leaders, and leadership development (L&D) professionals seeking to deepen their practice, build their toolkit, and create genuinely transformative group experiences.
What you will learn & apply
Create safe & inspiring spaces: Learn to read and skillfully utilize group dynamics to achieve better, more inclusive outcomes for everyone.
Put knowledge into action immediately: This is not just theory. You will use a real-life event from your own context to practice and apply the principles from day one.
Master the B3 methodology: Based on adult development theory, you’ll come away with a comprehensive toolkit of resources and frameworks to develop and bring out the best in your groups.
The program experience: A blended journey

Key outcomes & the Adeption difference
Understand our Adaptive approach: Learn from an organization that has delivered research-based professional and leadership development since 2012. Our B3 methodology is designed to help you, and the people you work with in group experiences:
Develop horizontally: Learn and apply new skills, tools, and capabilities.
Build mindset agility and range: This is the key to adaptive leadership–it expands your capacity to navigate complexity and the ‘grey’, see challenges from a wider range of perspectives, and respond more consciously and skillfully.
Earn professional credits (ICF): Receive 12 hours for Core Competencies and 9 hours for Resource Development.
Master modern blended learning: Experience, and learn how to use, a best-practice blended format that combines live virtual or in-person, and self-paced digital learning.
Gain a rich resource toolkit: Explore the core principles of great group experiences, build your personal toolkit, and learn from the diverse experiences of your cohort peers.
Benefit from real-life application: Your facilitation project is the key to integration. It provides the opportunity to practice applying the principles and frameworks in your own context, ensuring the learning sticks.
Join a lifelong learning community: Receive ongoing learning and support in the alumni community for continued mastery, support, and resource-sharing long after the program ends.
Your commitment
Live workshops: Full attendance at the 3 virtual workshops (8 hours total).
Self-directed work: We estimate an additional 1-2 hours per week for the digital workouts and project application.
