Event description

February Market Madness

with Port Bus to Grown and Gathered Community Markets, Sunday 7th February 2021

Tour Summary:

The Grown and Gathered market relies on the community to bring their goods to the market to share. To re-use, re-cycle, upcycle and re-purpose - giving things a new life or a new home. Their goal is to minimise waste and provide for others in the community. The stall holders now come from far and wide, and while not all of them use recycled or repurposed goods, all of them believe in their ethos.

On our return we will stop in at the Beechwood Hotel which is a traditional county pub set in the picturesque Hastings Hinterland. The Hotel has a separate Bar, Bistro, Pool Table and two Beer Gardens which can cater for all your entertaining needs.

The current hotel was built in the 1920’s after a fire destroyed the original Beechwood Hotel. They still offer country hospitality with all the modern conveniences you would expect including WIFI, Foxtel, 8 Beers on tap, ATM & Eftpos Facilities and eve a hitching rail out the front for your horse.
