February Sound Bath

Welcome to 2025!

Lisa invites you to join Soul Sound Healings first Sound Bath for the year, with February bringing a breath of fresh air! Allow the sounds gently wash over you, this is the perfect setting to allow you to focus on your intentions for the year ahead. 

Lisa will guide you through a sound journey using a range of instruments including Crystal Singing Bowls, Ocean Drum, Drum, chimes and more, the beautiful vibration from these instruments help you to relax, let go and embrace the wholeness of your being.  

Bring: your yoga mat, pillow and blanket, an eye pillow and some water: I encourage you be to be as comfortable as possible, please bring what will make you super comfortable and warm while laying down so you can allow yourself to let go and fully enjoy this sound offering.
