Introducing... 'Feel Good Friday' your new wellness session that encompasses intentional guided breath work, meditation, mindfulness & connection, all whilst the beautiful beach is our backdrop and blissful soundtrack.
Combining my love for breath work, meditation, mindfulness & the beach all together and delivering this session to you from the heart to help you kick start your Feel Good Friday!
A chance for you to reset, realign and find your centre. A space for you to check in with yourself and release anything from the past week, creating a clean slate for the weekend and week ahead. 45 minutes of pure bliss, relaxation, connection to breath, calming of the mind, resetting of the nervous system and most importantly feeling good from within.

*If it is raining the session will be held virtually online via zoom.*
The Journey:
- Breath work/ Pranayama
- Meditation/relaxation
- Journaling: a chance for you to self express and reflect on the past week creating space for the weekend and week ahead, release your thoughts and emotions, write down anything that came through during our session, or write out your daily gratitudes. Setting yourself up for a Feel Good Friday!
- Connection: everyone is welcome to join us for chats and connection afterwards at BSKT.
Time
Please meet at Thorn Park (Miami beach) at 6:50am for a 7:00am start, session concluding at 7:45am.
Please bring with you:
- Towel/blanket (something to sit on)
- Cushion if you wish
- Journal
- An Open Mind
