You’ll engage in a dynamic breath work technique that stimulates the release of DMT (the “molecule of consciousness”), guiding you into altered states where healing can happen on a deep, cellular level.
In this safe, supportive space, you will be able to:

The ‘Feel It Fully’ Process, developed by founder Julz, is designed to show you how to release emotional and energetic blockages that keep you stuck and stagnant. Here, you’ll get to experience the power of the process.
An Important Message
If you’ve attended breathwork before and didn’t feel fully supported, we’re committed to creating a safe, nurturing space. This 4-hour event is intentionally designed for reflection and integration, with a 55-person cap to keep the environment supportive and focused.
Even with this many people in the room emotions and energy may still run high—this can feel overwhelming for some or deeply transformative for others. We honour all experiences and are committed to supporting you wherever you’re at in your journey.
You’ll be supported by 5–8 trained facilitators focused on your safety and experience. If you’ve consented to touch, they may offer gentle words or light guidance to help deepen your breathwork journey.
What to Bring
A pen for intention setting & reflection
Mat and blanket for comfort during the breath work session (wear loose, comfortable clothing)
Water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the experience
Pre-Event Guidelines
For the best possible experience, please consider the following:
Don’t eat 2 hours before the session: Breath work can be more challenging if you have a full stomach, so arrive with an empty stomach for optimal comfort.
Set your intentions: Take a few moments before the event to reflect on why you're coming.
Event Schedule
10:00am – 11:00am – Intention Setting
We aim to provide as much support & safety for you as possible, so the first hour of the event will be dedicated to settling into the space as we explain the process & set intentions.
11:00am – 1:00pm – Breath Sesh
We’ll start with a slow meditation, then move into a more powerful, dynamic breath work session that will guide you into altered states of consciousness. This will help you release emotional blockages and access profound insights, ending with a soft & gentle breath to ground back down.
1:00pm – 2:00pm – Integration | Connection | Fruit & Tea
After the breath work, we’ll take time to reflect and integrate the experience. This is an opportunity to share your journey, connect with others, and ground the energy through fruit & tea, which will nourish and restore your body after the deep emotional release.
(At the end of the event, you’ll also have the opportunity to continue your Breath Sesh journey by enrolling in our upcoming Fundamentals course—if it feels aligned and the timing is right for you)
Who Shouldn’t Attend
This event may not be suitable for individuals who are:
Pregnant
Have cardiovascular issues
Have severe mental health conditions
Have epilepsy or seizure disorders
Recently had surgeries or serious injuries
Taking certain medications that may affect your ability to engage in breath work

Post-Event Guidelines
For the best possible experience, please consider the following:
Take it easy afterward keep your day and night free to rest, reflect, and integrate. Cancel plans if possible, and spend time in nature or journaling.
Stay connected reach out anytime if you need support or want to continue your practice beyond this event.
Parking
There is limited street parking available near the venue. We encourage carpooling or using public transportation when possible to reduce congestion.
