Paramount House Hotel, Luke Burgess & R. D'Meure present Felds Farm Falafel, a sunset soirée of falafel, pita and natural wine on the Paramount Rooftop. Join us from 5pm on 9th November for a one-night-only fanfare of fava beans, sourced directly from Mike and Lauren of Tasmania’s Felds Farm. Luke Burgess, the chef and creative of Garagistes-fame, will be crafting fresh falafel and serving them alongside pita and a variety of accompaniments (hemp seed tahini, house hot sauce and seasonal pickles and preserves, to name a few). Wine comes courtesy of Rory Duggan of R. D’Meure, the extraordinary wine-maker celebrated for his artisan and hand-crafted drops.
Expect music, thoughtful food, good people and rooftop views over Surry Hills sunsets.
Ticket price includes :
- Plates of plentiful falafel, pita, kubbeh batata (crisp fried potato with beef), and accompaniments (hemp seed tahini, house hot sauce, seasonal pickles and preserves)
- A glass of R.D'Meure wine of your choice on arrival
- Wine tastings throughout the evening with Rory Duggan
- Lively music
