About the event

Hayley is Co-Founder of Peak Medical, a company that incorporates Artificial Intelligence with software solutions to positively impact the 46-Billion-dollar Orthopaedic Industry, reaching to help over 3 million joint replacement patients by 2030. Changing the experience of healthcare for patients, both in the public and private systems is embedded in their daily mission.
With studies in an Executive Education program at Harvard University and a Sustainability program at Standford University, Hayley is an award-winning innovator, being also the winner of the People’s Choice Award with her medical device on the New Inventors program on ABC-TV and SharkTank Australia. Hayley also participates as Young Global Leader at the World Economic Forum.
INVESTOR GUEST SPEAKER: Georgina Healy - Investment Associate at x15ventures | Award-winning engineer
Georgina is an award-winning engineer with 7+ years of management consulting experience in Australia, Germany, UK, USA. In 2021 designed, created and released a mobile app for parents of young children to help them find and filter playgrounds and in 2022 was selected to be part of an early-stage VC program as CEO of Possum Playtime. Before being accepted into Antler, Georgina was in the first cohort of Tech Ready Women's Female Founder Startup program in 2021. Now using her passion for start-ups, Georgina is Investment Associate at x15 ventures.
