👉 This Lunch & Learn workshop is part of the monthly workshops of the Tech Ready Women's Female Founder Connect community, which is also open to the public.

Join us at this online Lunch & Learn with Crystal McGregor and Diana Esqueche. 

Crystal will walk us through how to map your customer journey to provide a simple roadmap to prioritise where effort is placed to start or build your business.

In this session you will learn how to create your Customer Journey Map step by step, and:

• How to attract and convert new or first customers,
• Determine the features and functions that will delight customers,
• Build brand ambassadors, and
• Use data to make decisions

Diana will complement this with a case study on how to use data analysis to make decisions across the customer journey.

Speakers

Crystal McGregor is TRW Program Lead. Crystal ran an innovation consultancy for 20 years and has Founded, Advised and Mentored multiple startups. She is currently on the Advisory Board for Zondii and working with U.S. based startup, Mycoo. Crystal has experience in business development, project management, company governance, research, pitching, securing pre-seed investment and an Australian Innovation Patent.

Diana Esqueche is Operations & Marketing Lead at Tech Ready Women. Prior to joining TRW, Diana worked in internal and external Audit for 10+ years for a number of multinational companies including Ernst & Young, Unilever, Sodexo and Protiviti. She’s most recently turned her talents into digital marketing working in several community and not-for-profit projects, and now in the startup ecosystem supporting female founders to scale their businesses.
