Female Leadership in Apartment Management Excellence (FLAME) focus on Strata Management

Join AAA for our third FLAME event - this time focusing on strata leadership with a distinguished panel consisting of:

Wenna Wu is the Founder and CEO of ⁠Strata Evolution, a professional property and community title management firm based in Sydney. A prominent advocate and consultant, she also serves on the Strata Management Chapter Committee for the ⁠Real Estate Institute of New South Wales (REINSW). Wenna is the first strata management firm in NSW to become commission free across all sectors.

Natasha Mann is the Deputy Secretary of the Better Regulation Division in the NSW Department of Customer Service and is also the NSW Fair Trading Commissioner. In this role, Natasha is responsible for an extensive portfolio of regulatory functions in place to protect and support businesses and communities in NSW.

Leanne Habib is the CEO of Premium Strata and was appointed to the SCA (NSW) Board in 2024. With a distinguished career spanning over 25 years, she is a licensed Strata and Community Manager as well as a Real Estate Managing Agent.
