Female Self-Defence - November

Selwyn Taekwondo are back with more free self-defence classes for female teens and youths.

These free classes will assist teens with the skills to confidently defend themselves in conflicting and unsafe situations. 

Location: Meeting Room, Selwyn Aquatic Centre

Sessions: 
Monday 4 November, 6-7pm: 8 -11 years
Monday 11 November, 6-7pm: 12 years+

No spectating allowed. Active parent participation allowed, please purchase a ticket.
