Welcome to Fembirth!
These sessions are for mother’s to be at any stage of pregnancy. We will gather together to tune in to this sacred moment of a woman life.
Through yoga, breathing, vocalization, visualization and meditation you will guide body, mind and soul inwardly for the moment of birth.
We will share in a sisterhood circle the unique path of pregnancy and valued information about pregnancy, birth and post-natal care.
Please, contact me privately if you are unable to pay the whole fee and would love to join the weekly classes.
