We are all navigating different threads in the web of life. The roles we hold, the responsibilities we carry and the patterns we have learned can sometimes leave little space to hear what is moving within us.

Feminine Flow is an invitation to pause, arrive and reconnect with yourself.

A day to remember who you are beneath the layers. To reclaim parts of yourself that may have become quiet or forgotten. And to meet the part of you that has been healing, growing and wanting to emerge through all the work you have already done.

Enter the garden.

A space to step away from the noise and pace of everyday life, and into a different rhythm. One that allows for movement and stillness, expression and listening, giving and receiving, creating and resting.

Throughout the day, we will weave together:

• Embodiment through movement, breath and connection with the body

• Ritual & connection through water, the land and the natural world

• Sound & voice through sound healing, story, humming and toning

• Creative flow through art, expression and bringing your own energetic architecture into form

• Nourishment & connection through shared food, reflection and time together

There will be space between these experiences to pause, receive, create, express, connect and simply be.

The garden offers a place to slow down, reconnect with the earth and tend to your own inner garden. A place to meet what is ready to emerge and give it room to be seen, felt and expressed.

A nourishing lunch will be shared, and we will close the day with integration, reflection and a sharing circle.

Please bring your own yoga mat and cushion and anything else you may like for your comfort during the day.

Limited to 10 women to keep the space intimate.

Each woman will receive a mini integration kit to take home, with a few thoughtful gifts to carry the experience into everyday life.
