Soothing Sounds: We'll conclude our day with a serene sound bath experience. All you need to do is lay back, get comfy and allow the beautiful sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs and Tibetan metal bowls wash over you. Emily will guide you into a deeply meditative Theta brainwave state with her carefully chosen notes and frequencies.
