FEMME is an intimate experience for women to step out of the noise, get curious about what’s really going on beneath the surface, and explore what they want their life to look and feel like.

Created and facilitated by Charlotte, Women’s Health Coach and founder of FEMME, bringing a women’s health lens and a passion for creating spaces where women can explore their thoughts, needs, desires and possibilities.

Charlotte will be joined by Maryanne Perry, retired professional coach and founder of MAP Coaching, bringing 22+ years of experience across coaching, facilitation, Master Coaching, Gestalt and NeuroLeadership. Together, they’ll guide deeper reflection, fresh perspectives and greater clarity around what matters to you.

You'll be guided through questions designed to help you put your thoughts, ideas, desires and possibilities into words, so you can actually see what's been sitting in your head.

SANA brings their philosophy of intentional ritual and sustainable wellbeing into the experience. A grounding practice inspired by yogic principles, designed to bring you into the present moment, connect you with yourself and create space to notice what you truly need.

✦ TRANSFORMATIVE BREATHWORK WITH LUISA

Led by Luisa of SINTA, a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator. A guided experience to quiet the noise, reconnect with yourself and open space for new awareness and possibility.
