    GUT HEALTH AND FERMENTATION WORKSHOP

The change in season, the threat of illness, the need for feeling well.. all good reasons to get into fermented food. Not only that... learning to grow and make your own food is empowering and healing beyond measure!

When we fuel our bodies with the food we need to feel well life just seems a little better!

In this hands-on workshop we will cover...

    • The mind, the body and the gut
    • What is the gut and what is effecting it
    • How can we weed, seed and feed our gut
    • What is the microbiome and how does it effect our system
    • We'll talk about ways we can holistically heal our gut with the food we eat
    • We'll make a batch of fermented vegetables (Kimchi) that you can take home to nurture and watch transform into a pro-biotic packed super food.
    • I'll make sure you don't leave with an empty stomach! We'll create a nourish bowl for you to enjoy, packed full of fermented goodness) before you head out the door with this new found knowledge.
    • You'll get ongoing support in our Clever Belly Fermentation Tribe Facebook Page where you can ask questions, post your successes and share your failures ;)

Kimchi is an ancient Korean fermented side dish made with Chinese Cabbage, Radish, Onion, Chilli and Salt (plus many other delicious ingredients) and believe it or not it’s easy and not too expensive to make

It’s packed full of vitamins (B vitamins being one) and good gut guys! When you eat this you’ll start to feel amazing, alive and vital! I mean seriously anything that looks (and smells) this good must be good for us!

Store bought stuff is nice but nothing beats making your own!!
