Thanks for signing up to our fermentation workshop!

This will be a hands on learning experience—we'll be bringing the ingredients you need and a vessel to make your own jar of sauerkraut to take home.

There are few items that would be useful if you can bring them:

—A sharp knife good for cutting cabbage

—A good sized chopping board

—A mixing bowl

—Digital kitchen scales (no worries if you don't have them, but would be a great help if you do!)

We will have a handout for the recipe, but if you are a note-taker type, maybe bring a pen and paper
