“Food Tool Library Show & Tell Workshop Series” – supported by the Mumbulla Community Foundation

Join members of The Food Tool Library to share skills and learn about the use of fermenting crocks for making fermented foods such as Sauerkraut, Kimchi and how to ferment almost any veg. We will work alongside each other to process veggies using traditional methods of fermentation and using a variety of different sized crocks available for hire from the Food Tool Library.

Bookings via Humanitix.

Bring along any veggies you may have in your garden such as cabbage, wombok, kale, bokchoy, carrots, beets, turnips, spring onions, etc, and any fermenting equipment you may have at home such as fermenting crocks, airlocks, weights, and some jars to take some ferments home in. Tea and coffee will be provided. 

Bring along a morning tea snack to share. 

Anyone is welcome to attend – you do not need to be a member of the Triangle Tool Library.
