Amber will joyfully guide you on a fermentation adventure to support your relationship with the plants, foods, and medicines of Country. Together we'll prepare simple, nourishing ferments while sharing stories, practical knowledge, and an appreciation for the beauty and wisdom of Country

This experience is both a peek into the ancestral art of preserving food, and an invitation to connect with Indigenous wisdom and further cultivate a respectful relationship with the living systems that nourish us.

Together we will explore contemporary fermentation practices using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, while discovering simple ways to bring the spirit of Country into your everyday life.
