What do we do in AUTUMN but FERTILIZE ?

I know I am talking to a delicious woman and not a deciduous fruit tree ; )

 But i like to speak to our sophisticated bodies and spirits like the sophisticated vessels of nature that we are . 

AND DAMN , we too deserve time to prune off our dead leaves (limiting ways ), watering and fertilizing ( nourishing the earth of our bodies with air, new energy and sexy new thoughts for our cells) . 

FERTILIZE is a DAY retreat nestled amongst the banksias and birds , and the sound of the sea. 
I am so excited for us to align our fertile soils, with the frequency of this nest .

From late morning to late afternoon Kyla will invite and guide you to move between states of deep surrender , pleasure and inner liberation using Pranayama, Kriya yoga, earth embodiment practices, sensual yogic rituals, tantra, meditation, group coaching.

With a guest teacher or two in the mix this time around to be announced , added depth.

By tuning up and into our incredible body tech- the breath, our energy , the yoni, the breasts , our Kundalini . All tools of insight, liberation and subtle super power.

Expect to experience and leave with a greater state of delicious embodiment , inner wisdom, life force and self fulfillment . And many tools to take into your life .
