This Easter Long Weekend, Fervor returns to NewFarm, Denmark for a special evening on Saturday, 19th April 2025.

Tucked between Valley Of the Giants and Greens Pool, NewFarm is a place to slow down, reconnect, and experience the beauty of the Great Southern. The team behind NewFarm has been carefully restoring the land, planting native species, tending beehives, and creating a welcoming space for those looking to immerse themselves in nature.

It’s the perfect setting for an evening with Fervor, where we’ll craft a multi-course degustation celebrating the region’s finest ingredients. Each dish is designed to reflect the land, the season, and the stories woven into this special part of the world.
