L.A.S. Vino 2020 vintage release dinner!

Join us for an intimate celebration as L.A.S. Vino showcases the first release of their 2020 wines! Meet at 4pm for an optional tour of the winery by the man himself, Nic Peterkin, before awakening your senses as you take your seat amongst nature for this 5-course, matched degustation. 

Using luck, art, and science (L.A.S.) they aim to make absolutely delicious, delectable, desirable drops and to discover new flavours in the world of wine...and through our experience that is exactly what they have done! Based in Margaret River, Western Australia, their mantra is a minimal intervention with maximum flavour. They create wine that makes you feel. 

Fervor is a roaming restaurant, hosting dining experiences in unique locations across the State and wider Australia with a focus on local and specifically native Australian ingredients.

We look forward to seeing what flavours emerge as these two creatives put their heads together for a 4-year reunion since the last collobation!
