The best of Brazil is coming to Adelaide for one epic night only!

This October, Festa do Samba brings an all-star international line-up of samba and Afro-Brazilian dance legends together with some of Australia’s finest sambistas for one unforgettable night of rhythm, music and celebration.

At the heart of the night are performances from some of the biggest names in samba - George Louzada, Carlinhos do Salgueiro, Thai Rodrigues, Mayombe Masai, Amanda Omin, Rosangela Silvestre, Irineu Nogueira and André Souza - internationally renowned artists celebrated for their mastery, artistry and connection to Brazil’s rich Afro-Brazilian dance traditions.

Joining these international stars are Adelaide’s own SaSamba bateria, local Brazilian favourites Samba da Suel and DJ El Blat, and Brisbane’s DJ Julio.

Plus get ready for samba dancers from across Australia to present a special showcase of original choreographies created by Carlinhos do Salgueiro and George Louzada - two of Rio de Janeiro’s most respected Passista Directors, with deep connections to the legendary Salgueiro and Mocidade samba schools.
