The Festival of 74 Islands will start with two exciting events - on Saturday 5th and Saturday 12 October 2024, with more dates between now and the end of the year to be announced. 

Attend one of these very first two Saturday night events, and savour delicious edible and drinkable experiences highlighting the incredible produce and flavours of the iconic 74 islands of the region. Get a glimpse of the stunning on-site distillery, and be amongst the first to taste our handcrafted 74 Islands Distillery gin and vodka releases.

Included in your $109 ticket price, enjoy one artisan 74 Islands cocktail upon arrival, live hibachi food station, music and sunset on the rooftop bar overlooking the Coral Sea.  

Then, after dark, venture downstairs and be the first to explore 74 Islands Distillery, and devour free-flowing canapes as you drink and dance the night away in style. And did we mention the complimentary door-to-door pick up and drop off transport service with Heart of Reef Shuttles..?

FAQS:

IF I BUY  A TICKET, DOES THAT MEAN I CAN COME TO BOTH OF THE EVENTS?

1x ticket at $109 is for one of the Saturday night events only, for the date you have selected.  If you'd like to come to more than one of the events, you are most welcome to!  Please be sure to purchase a ticket for each of the events you'd like to come to.

CAN I DRIVE?  WHERE DO I PARK:

With no parking on site and no on-street parking allowed adjacent to the venue, we recommend leaving the car at home and taking full advantage of the complimentary door-to-door pick up and drop off service with Heart of Reef Shuttles.  Alternatively, you could catch a taxi or Uber to events at Elementa Whitsundays.  The closest available street parking is located along Hermitage Drive, with a very steep walk up to the venue (not recommended!).

IS ALL THE FOOD INCLUDED?  IF I HAVE DIETARY REQUIREMENTS CAN I ORDER MY OWN FOOD?:

Be sure to make the most of the hibachi food station and roaming canapes all included in your ticket price, as food is not available to order a la carte. If you have an allergy or dietary requirements, please tick the appropriate box purchasing your ticket so we will know to cater for you, if you do not do this we cannot guarantee there will be food to suit your requirements.  Please note that while our dietary variation dishes have no added allergens, our kitchen has allergens present, and therefore we can not rule out trace elements of allergens being present in our dishes. 

IS IT AN OPEN BAR?

One artisan cocktail per guest on arrival is included in the ticket price, from there it is an open pay-as-you-go bar for the rest of the night with wine, beer, beers on tap, our 74 Islands spirits, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks available for purchase.

I'M NOT DRINKING, CAN YOU MAKE MY WELCOME DRINK A MOCKY?

Yes, simply click "Other" in the dietary requirements section, and type "Non-Alcoholic Drink" when booking and we will make your delicious welcome drink alcohol-free.

WHEN DO THE EVENTS START AND FINISH?

The event will start at 5pm sharp, with last drinks called at 10.00pm, for a venue close at 10.30pm. If you are not opting for the free door-to-door shuttle service, we recommend booking your taxi in advance to avoid long waits on the nights of the events.

CAN I MAKE A NIGHT OF IT AND STAY IN THE ACCOMMODATION?

Why not make a weekend of it?!  Subject to availability, yes, you can!  We have a mix of 3 bedroom houses that sleep 6 guests, 4 bedroom houses that sleep 8 guests, and 1x villa for 2.  Please note we have a minimum of a 2 night stay in our accommodation, you can check our availability at www.elementawhitsundays.com/st... 

IF I WIN THE PRIZE, WHEN CAN I CLAIM MY STAY?

If you are the lucky winner of our ultimate 74 Islands Experience, your stay must be redeemed between February 1 2025 and May 1 2025, while the Elementa Whitsundays team will endeavour to make your first choice of dates available, this is subject to availability.
